Ability Exercise Unit
The suspension rig built for total muscle isolation.
Spider and Monkey modalities in one certified system — strengthening, gait training, and full-body control with total safety.

Why the Cage
Spider Modality
Multi-point elastic suspension that offloads body weight while isolating target muscle groups for controlled strengthening.
Monkey Modality
Dynamic overhead traction for gait training, allowing patients to practice walking patterns with graded assistance.
Safety Rigging
Padded suspension belts, high-strength carabiners, and fixation hooks rated for continuous clinical use.
For Clinics & Therapists
Already running suspension therapy on other equipment?
Certification transfers directly — no need to switch your current cage to get trained on the Ability Exercise Unit protocol. Many therapists complete the course while continuing to use their existing rig, then upgrade equipment when ready.
Other systems
Single-modality rigs, limited rigging points, no formal certification pathway.
Ability Exercise Unit
Spider + Monkey in one unit, full rigging kit, certified protocol with ongoing support.
