Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026.

Agreement

By using this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not medical advice

Content on this site describes the Ability Exercise Unit and its certification course for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, and using suspension therapy equipment requires proper certification and clinical judgment.

Certification enrollment

Submitting the Enroll form reserves a request for a seat; it is confirmed once our team follows up with cohort dates and payment details. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Equipment purchases

This site does not sell equipment directly. Purchases of the Ability Exercise Unit are handled by PediaSuit Center, whose terms govern that transaction.

Intellectual property

The Spider Cage Center name and course materials belong to us and our licensors. Nothing on this site grants you rights to use them outside of your certification.

Limitation of liability

We provide this site and its content on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for outcomes related to equipment use by certified individuals, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
